Rennell, also known as R.J., was born May 3, 2003 in Chesapeake, Virginia. After turning 3, he and his family moved back to his Mother and Father’s hometown of, St. Louis, Missouri, to be closer to family and friends. Since being in St. Louis, Rennell has participated in several sports and activities. He has played basketball, baseball, year round soccer and football. He has excelled very well in all areas. He has maintained Perfect Attendance in school since Kindergarten while maintaining Outstanding and Satisfactory on his progress reports. His role in the community at such a young age is very valuable as he is a leader for his peers and a constant reminder of purpose within his elders. Rennell, a member of Shalom Church City of Peace (St. Louis, MO) has a spirit matched by few if by any. He was an active participant during the Call to Oneness Movement in St. Louis, Mo and never hesitates to assist and support others that are in need.
At the age of seven, Rennell has developed the desire to lend a helping hand at Soup Kitchens, sporting events for under privileged children and donated an unaccountable amount of toys and clothes to those his age less fortunate. He has a kind spirit and has already began to collect various awards such as the Halls Ferry Elementary Citizenship Award (3x) and is strongly admired by his peers. In his first year at Russell Elementary, Rennell has had speaking roles and solo opportunities to express his love for music as the St. Louis Symphony Orchrestra volunteered to teach about musical instruments, such as his favorite instrument, the violin. While, he has big dreams of becoming a Professional Football Soccer Player he is determined to get a full ride scholarship and earn an engineering degree so that he can design and build cars. Currently, he is actively preparing to host his first motivational workshop for his peers titled"Dreams Can Fly".
As president of Rennell Parker, LLC, he works very hard to better his speaking skills and knowledge of public speaking in order to assist other children and young adults conquer speaking obstacles and fear to become well articulated speakers and communicators. He has three years worth of speaking experience under his belt from being in school plays and commerical videos at Halls Ferry and Russell Elementary Schools. Rennell plans to use his experience to accomplish his goals to encourage others to reach for their dreams and pull them into their reality.
